  25. mass destruction to the population of 
  26. the world's oceans.

  29. has finally developed his Tuna-matic, a
  30. device that turns living matter into 
  31. a marketable delicacy.

  33. Riptide is fast becoming a rich villain 
  34. by selling his 'Tuna' on the black 
  35. market as a trendy food for the filthy
  36. rich and powerful.
